What GraceInspired Ministries does with your personal information: what we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

How we handle your information
In short
This website sells you nothing, runs no analytics and does not track you from site to site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use anybody’s details for marketing.
We hold what you choose to send us This site has no server, no accounts and no form that posts anywhere. If we know your name it is because you wrote to us, or because you gave to the ministry and the payment reached us with your name on it.
By using this website, writing to us through it, or giving to the ministry through it, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our terms of service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or send us your details.
Write to us at the address below, or call.
What we collect
The enquiry buttons on the Institute, Outreach and Pray pages do not post anything to this website. They open your own email app with the message part-written — a short form to fill in — and you send it yourself, from your own address. You can write to us directly instead; it reaches the same inbox.
So what we receive is whatever you wrote: usually your first name and your email address, and often where you are based, your question etc. It goes straight to the ministry’s own inbox.
Online giving is not open yet, so at the moment nothing about a gift reaches us through this website at all. If you write to us about giving, we hold what you wrote, in the same way as any other message.
When giving through Paystack opens, we will receive your name, your email address, the amount and the date, as Paystack records them. No card details will ever reach this website. This site has no server, takes no payment, and asks for no card number, PIN or password — nor will we ever ask you for one, by email or by phone.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical details of each request — the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page asked for, and the browser and device type. That is used to deliver the site and to protect it from attack. There is no analytics tool on this site.
No accounts, usernames or passwords — there is nothing here to log in to. No card or wallet details. No location tracking. No lists bought from anyone else. We do not ask about your beliefs, your health or your finances, and if you choose to tell us something of that kind in a message, we treat it as confidential and use it only to answer you.
Cookies
We set no cookies, store nothing in your browser, and use no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to ask your consent for.
The Outreach page carries a YouTube video of the Ewando school project. It is not loaded until you scroll down to it. When it does load, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies on your device, under Google’s privacy policy rather than this one. If you would rather that did not happen, do not scroll the video into view, or block third-party cookies in your browser. The rest of the page works either way.
The site’s typeface, its icons and some of its photographs are served from other companies’ servers rather than ours.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry about GraceLife Institute, to send you the prayer letter or the outreach updates you asked for, and to answer a question about a gift.
To record what was given, when and by whom, so that the ministry’s accounts are complete and its tax obligations can be met.
Where a law, a court or a regulator requires us to keep a record or to produce one.
We process your information with your consent — you chose to write to us, or to ask for the letter — and because it is necessary in order to do the thing you asked us to do. We use your information only in the ways set out here, which are the ways you would reasonably expect.
We never sell, rent, trade or lend your details to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send promotional email, and we do not publish or circulate the names of givers.
Who else sees it
Only the leaders and administrators who need it in order to answer you or to keep the accounts.
Nobody today, because no payment is taken here. When giving opens, Paystack — a payment processor licensed by the Bank of Ghana — will take the payment on its own pages, on its own domain, and pass us the record of it. It will handle your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy, and act on our instructions in respect of what it holds for us.
Our website host and our email provider necessarily handle what passes through them, as any host or email service does. They are established providers, they are bound to keep what they handle secure, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose personal information where we are required to by law, by a court or by a lawful request from a public authority; where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim; or where it is necessary to protect someone from harm.
Where it is kept
Our website host, our email provider and our payment provider run servers outside Ghana, your message or the record of your gift may be stored and processed abroad. We use established providers who are contractually obliged to protect what they hold, and we take the steps reasonably open to us to see that your information is treated as this policy says.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and why; to correct anything that is wrong or out of date; to delete it; to stop using it for a particular purpose; and to stop sending you the letter or the updates. Where we rely on your consent you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to president@graceinspiredcentre.com and say what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else. There is no charge, and we answer within a reasonable time — normally within 30 days.
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It has no database, no login and no stored user data, so there is nothing here to break into. The inbox and the accounts where your message does land are protected by passwords and, where the provider offers it, by a second factor.
No way of sending information over the internet, and no way of storing it, is completely secure. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please do not send us a card number, a PIN, a password or a copy of an identity document by email — we will never ask you for any of them, and anyone who does is not us.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Other websites
This site links out to other places — the shop where the books are sold, our social media accounts, the video on the Outreach page, and, where card giving is switched on, the payment provider’s own pages. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else’s site, under their privacy policy and not ours. We are not responsible for how they handle your information, and we would encourage you to read what they say about it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version is posted on this page, the date at the top is changed, and it takes effect from the moment it is posted. If a change is a significant one we will say so plainly on the site. Please look at this page from time to time.
Contact
Write to us, or call, and say what you would like to know.
Questions about a gift, a refund or a payment are covered by the giving terms, which sit alongside this policy and say more about what we hold when you give.
