Terms of
service
The terms on which GraceInspired Ministries offers this website: what the site does, how the enquiry buttons and the giving routes work, what belongs to whom.

The terms in full
In short
GraceInspired Ministries publishes this site to teach, to say plainly what the ministry does, and to make it easy to write to us, to study with us, or to give. Nothing is sold to you here, and no part of it is advertising.
By visiting graceinspiredcentre.com, writing to us through it, or giving to the ministry through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
This website has no server, no accounts, no database and no form that posts anywhere. It never asks you for a card number, a PIN or a password, and it could not take one if it tried. Every route that moves money leaves this site first.
Who you are agreeing with
GraceInspired Ministries (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Christian ministry based in Ghana. Its work is teaching and discipleship, ministry training through GraceLife Institute, outreach and social intervention in deprived communities, and the GraceInspired Scholarship scheme, which funds the education of students who cannot afford university. It is led by Barimah Kofi Asare Kyei-Baffour, with the leaders named on our About page.
“This site” means graceinspiredcentre.com and every page under it. “You” means anyone who visits it. These terms are between you and the ministry, and they are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
One inbox answers every enquiry made through this site, and one number is answered for the ministry.
Using this site
Read it, print it, link to it, and share it with anyone. Quote from it in teaching, in study, in a sermon or in a post, so long as you say where it came from and do not change the sense of what was written.
Do not copy the site or its teaching wholesale and publish it as your own or for sale. Do not use the GraceInspired name, the leaf mark or the wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse you, your organisation or your appeal for funds. Do not harvest the addresses or phone numbers published here for bulk messaging. Do not attack the site, attempt to reach anything behind it, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive.
Nobody is authorised to raise money in the name of GraceInspired Ministries except through the routes described on our Give page. If someone approaches you claiming to collect for us by any other means, please tell us before you pay anything.
The site is written for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you write to us or give.
Writing to us
The enquiry buttons on the Institute, Outreach and Pray pages submit nothing to this website. They open your own email app with the message part-written, and you send it yourself from your own address. If no email app opens — which happens on some desktop browsers — the address is printed in plain text beneath every button, and writing to it directly reaches exactly the same inbox.
We read it and we answer it. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else. See privacy policy.
We aim to reply to every enquiry within a few working days. We cannot promise a reply by any particular time, and a message reaches us only when it arrives in that inbox.
GraceLife Institute
The Institute page sets out the four-year curriculum and the requirements for graduation — satisfactory attendance for all courses, satisfactory proof of comprehension for each course, and all fees paid up. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Enrolment, fees, dates and course arrangements are agreed with you directly after you write to us; you hold a place once those arrangements are agreed, and they are what govern your study with us.
Curriculum, course content, teaching staff and schedules may change. We may also decline or end an enrolment where conduct requires it. Nothing here is a promise of a qualification, an accreditation, or any particular outcome from studying with us.
The books
The titles on the Books page are written by Barimah Kofi Asare Kyei-Baffour and sold through Payhip, an online shop run separately from this site. Pressing Buy now takes you to Payhip, where the order, the payment and the delivery of the book all happen. This site takes no order and no payment for a book.
Prices are shown here in US dollars as a convenience and are copied from the shop. If the two ever disagree, the price shown at Payhip’s checkout is the one that applies. Your bank converts to your own currency at its own rate and may add a charge of its own.
A purchase made at Payhip is subject to Payhip’s own terms and refund arrangements. If a book does not arrive or a download will not open, write to us anyway and we will help you put it right.
Giving
Gifts are covered in detail by our giving terms, which sit alongside these and apply to every gift made through this site. Where the two say different things about a gift, the giving terms are the ones that apply to it.
Online giving is not open yet. Pressing Give Now opens a panel on the Give page which says so, and gives you our email address so that we can tell you how to give in the meantime. We are working with Paystack to open it.
When it opens, the payment will be taken on Paystack’s own pages, on Paystack’s own domain, by a processor licensed by the Bank of Ghana — by mobile money on MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo, or by card — and Paystack will email you the receipt. No card or wallet detail will reach this website at any point.
Gifts fund the general work of the ministry — the scholarship scheme, outreach, social intervention and training at GraceLife Institute. You receive no goods, services, place, position or preferment in return, and giving is never a condition of enrolling, of taking part in outreach, or of any other part of our work. Gifts are not normally refundable; the giving terms say when we will put a mistake right.
If you are ever unsure whether a request for money is really from the ministry, call the number above before you send anything.
What belongs to whom
The teaching, the written copy, the statement of faith, the ministry’s own photographs, the GraceInspired name, the leaf mark and the wordmark belong to GraceInspired Ministries or to the people who made them for us. The books belong to their author and are protected by copyright wherever they are sold.
The site also carries material we do not own: the typeface and icon sets it loads, photographs licensed from others, book covers served from the shop, and the video on the Outreach page, which plays from YouTube. Each of those stays with its owner, under its own licence, and nothing here grants you a right to it.
Scripture references are cited so that you can look them up in your own Bible. Where a passage is quoted, the rights in that translation remain with its publisher.
Links to other places
This site links out to the shop where the books are sold, to our social media accounts, to the video on the Outreach page and, where card giving is switched on, to the payment provider’s pages. Those places have their own terms and their own privacy policies. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your information.
Limits
What is published here is spiritual and pastoral instruction, offered in good faith. Legal, medical, financial and psychological questions belong with a qualified professional, and the teaching here sits alongside proper professional care. If you are unwell or in danger, please seek qualified help.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of healing, of provision, of a place at the Institute, of a scholarship, or of any other particular result.
We take care that what we publish is accurate and current. We give no warranty that it is free of error, or that the site will always be available. Pages may change or be withdrawn without notice, and hosting, connections and third-party services can fail. To the fullest extent Ghanaian law allows, the site is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from being unable to use it, from anything you rely on that you read here, or from any site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version is posted on this page, the date at the top is changed, and it takes effect from the moment it is posted. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies to that use. Please look at this page from time to time.
If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest of them stand. A right we leave unenforced for a time remains ours to enforce later.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts. Please write to us first, whatever the complaint. It is almost always faster, and we would like the chance to put it right ourselves.
